The rates below do not reflect the fee you will pay if you have health insurance benefits that includes coverage for therapy services.
90-minute Assessment: $250
55-minute Therapy Session: $180
45-minute Therapy Session: $160
Sliding Scale Session Rates
Everyone deserves access to mental health support, regardless of their insurance status or financial situation. To help make therapy more accessible, sliding scale rates are available for clients who are uninsured or underinsured. More affordable rates are offered via Open Path Psychotherapy Collective if you are uninsured or underinsured. Click here to learn more. If you do not qualify for Open Path membership, sliding scale rates range between $75-$100 per session.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, health care providers need to give a good faith estimate to patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance.
What this means for our work together:

Transparency: You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including psychotherapy sessions.

Timing: I will provide you with a written Good Faith Estimate at least 1 business day before your first scheduled service. You can also ask me for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

Protection: If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Record Keeping: Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate for your records. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
Cancellation Policy
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions will be subject to a charge of $75 if not received at least 48 hours in advance. This policy allows me to exclusively reserve time for my clients.
